1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to AR Bodyworks website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.
2. Changes to Terms
AR Bodyworks reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the website after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use the AR Bodyworks website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to transmitting offensive, harmful, or objectionable content.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AR Bodyworks and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Privacy
Your use of the AR Bodyworks website and/ or Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AR Bodyworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party.
All care is taken in the preparation of the information and published materials on this website. AR Bodyworks does not make any representations or give any warranties about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permissible by law, AR Bodyworks will not be liable for any expenses, losses, damages (including indirect or consequential damages) or costs which might be incurred as a result of the information being inaccurate or incomplete in any way and for any reason.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AR Bodyworks, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against:
a) All actions, suits, claims, demands. Liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or arising out of or in connection with your content;
b) Any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting on the website or attempts to do so; and/or
c) Any breach of the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
9. Venue and Jurisdiction
The Services offered by AR Bodyworks is intended to be viewed by residents of Australia. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
10. Severance
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed, and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
AR Bodyworks – Promotions & Campaigns Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future promotional campaigns run by AR Bodyworks, including discounts, vouchers, and seasonal offers.
General Terms:
- Eligibility
- Offers are valid for retail customers only.
- Promotions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- One-time use per customer unless otherwise stated.
- Redemption Requirements
- To claim an offer, the relevant promotion (e.g. discount code or physical voucher) must be mentioned or presented at the time of booking.
- All bookings must be made, and vehicles dropped off by the deadline specified for each individual offer.
- Offers are only valid for specified services (e.g. custom bodywork or full vehicle resprays), as detailed in each campaign.
- Validity & Deadlines
- Each promotion includes its own validity period, which must be strictly followed.
- Bookings made outside the promotional period do not qualify, even if they were initially discussed during the promotion.
- Exclusions
- Promotions cannot be combined with any other AR Bodyworks discounts, vouchers, or special offers.
- Offers do not apply to insurance jobs, basic repairs, parts, or services not specified in the promotion.
- Workshop Capacity & Limitations
- All promotional bookings are subject to workshop availability.
- AR Bodyworks reserves the right to limit the number of promotional bookings during peak periods.
- Amendments & Cancellation
- AR Bodyworks reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
- If a customer reschedules or cancels a booking, the offer may become void and subject to reapproval.
Store Credit Giveaway Terms
- Store credit giveaways are awarded at AR Bodyworks’ discretion and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Store credit may only be used toward AR Bodyworks labour services and excludes parts, materials, and third-party costs.
- Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- AR Bodyworks reserves the right to verify eligibility and may revoke store credit in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.
- In the event of cancellation, unused store credit will be forfeited.

1. PROMOTION
AR BODYWORKS is giving one eligible participant the opportunity to win a prize package valued at $2,000 by being the first person to collect all five (5) different AR BODYWORKS flyers distributed through participating McDonald’s Sunshine bags.
The first person to successfully complete all entry requirements and have their entry verified by AR BODYWORKS will win.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on Tuesday, 3 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Saturday, 14 November 2026.
The promotion may conclude earlier once a winner has successfully completed all entry requirements and been verified by AR BODYWORKS.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To qualify for the competition, participants must complete ALL of the following:
1. Collect all five (5) different AR BODYWORKS flyers featuring five different vehicles.
2. Take a photograph showing all five unique flyers together.
3. Upload the photograph to Instagram and tag @arbodyworks.
4. Take a screenshot of the Instagram post clearly showing all five flyers and the AR BODYWORKS tag.
5. Email the screenshot to admin@arbodyworks.com.au.
The email must include the participant’s full name and Instagram username.
All five flyers must be clearly visible in the photograph.
The first participant to successfully complete all requirements and have their entry verified by AR BODYWORKS will be declared the winner.
4. ELIGIBILITY
* Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
* Employees of AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
* All McDonald’s employees are ineligible to enter this promotion.
* Participants must complete all entry requirements within the promotion period.
* Incomplete, fraudulent or illegible entries will not be accepted.
* Participants must be able to provide the original five flyers if requested for verification.
5. PRIZE
There will be one (1) winner receiving the following prize package:

* Cannot be redeemed through the online store.
Both prize components:
* Are not redeemable for cash.
* Are not transferable or exchangeable.
* Are subject to applicable gift card terms and conditions.
* Have a validity period of three (3) years from the date of issue.
6. WINNER DETERMINATION
This is a first-to-complete competition and NOT a random-draw promotion.
The winner will be the first eligible participant to:
* Collect all five different AR BODYWORKS flyers.
* Publish an Instagram post tagging @arbodyworks.
* Email a screenshot of the completed Instagram post to admin@arbodyworks.com.au.
* Successfully satisfy all entry requirements and verification checks.
The date and time the completed entry email is received by AR BODYWORKS will determine the order of entries.
AR BODYWORKS will verify the entry and confirm the winner.
If the first submitted entry is incomplete or does not meet the requirements, AR BODYWORKS reserves the right to assess the next eligible entry.
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or Instagram account provided.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being notified.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, AR BODYWORKS reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.
The prize will be issued within 28 days of the winner being verified and confirmed.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
* AR BODYWORKS reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all entries.
* AR BODYWORKS reserves the right to disqualify participants who provide misleading information or attempt to manipulate the competition.
* AR BODYWORKS reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where required by law or in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
* By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
* Personal information collected will be used for administering the competition and contacting the winner. It will not be used for unrelated marketing without consent.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA & THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

The following conditions apply:
* No minimum purchase amount applies.
* Any eligible automotive part purchased through the AR BODYWORKS Online Store qualifies.
* Each eligible order receives one automatic entry, regardless of the number of parts purchased within that order.
* Multiple eligible orders receive multiple entries.
* No additional registration or entry form is required.
* Purchases made through other sales channels, including in-store purchases, telephone orders or social media messages, do not qualify.
* Purchases made by Western Australian residents are excluded.
Only successfully paid orders placed within the Promotion Period qualify.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or disputed orders will not qualify for entry. If an order is refunded after an entry has been recorded, the associated entry will be deemed invalid.

4. THE PRIZE

5. WINNER DRAW
The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The draw will be conducted using a random electronic selection process.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The successful winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with their online purchase.
The winner will also be announced through the official AR BODYWORKS website and social media platforms.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified and provide the necessary details to arrange payment.
If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or fails to claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws.
Redraw date: Monday, 11 January 2027.
Redraw time: 12:00 pm AEDT.
Redraw location: AR BODYWORKS, Victoria.
The redraw winner will be contacted using the details associated with their eligible purchase.
7. PRIZE PAYMENT
The $1,000 AUD cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within 28 days of the original draw, or applicable redraw, once the winner has been verified and payment details received.
No fees will be charged by the Promoter to claim the prize.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
* All purchases must be genuine and successfully paid for.
* The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and purchases.
* The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent conduct.

9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligible entries, contacting the winner and arranging prize payment.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the AR BODYWORKS Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
The winning entry reference number and the winner’s first name and last initial may be published on the AR BODYWORKS website and social media platforms to announce the result.
Where required by applicable state or territory regulations, the winning entry reference number will be published for the required period.
10. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By entering this promotion, participants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any responsibility in connection with the promotion.

AR BODYWORKS “PEOPLE’S CHOICE” SPONSORSHIP – TERMS & CONDITIONS
16 May 2026 Award
The AR BODYWORKS “People’s Choice” Sponsorship (“Sponsorship”) is awarded to the selected winner of the AR BODYWORKS Car Show held on 16 May 2026 and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
Sponsorship Inclusions
The successful recipient will receive:
- 25% off private labour services performed by AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD;
- Sponsorship valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the Sponsorship Agreement is signed;
- VIP access and/or reserved placement at selected AR BODYWORKS events during the sponsorship period, where applicable.
Sponsorship Conditions
4. The 25% discount applies to labour charges only and does not apply to:
- Parts and components;
- Paint and materials;
- Consumables;
- Third-party or outsourced services;
- Insurance-related repairs or claims;
- Towing, storage, detailing, or subcontracted services.
5. The Sponsorship is non-transferable and applies only to:
- The approved recipient; and
- The vehicle nominated in the Sponsorship Agreement.
6. The Sponsorship cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, sponsorship, special offer, or pricing arrangement offered by AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD.
7. The sponsored vehicle must always display an official AR BODYWORKS sponsorship sticker on the rear window at all times during the Sponsorship period.
8. The sponsorship sticker must remain clearly visible and must not be removed, covered, altered, damaged, or intentionally tampered with without prior written approval from AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD.
9. If the sponsorship sticker becomes damaged, faded, detached, or unusable, the recipient must notify AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD as soon as reasonably possible so a replacement sticker can be arranged.
10. The Sponsorship will automatically terminate if:
- The vehicle is sold or ownership changes;
- The sticker is removed without approval;
- The recipient breaches these Terms & Conditions;
- The recipient engages in conduct that may negatively impact the AR BODYWORKS brand or reputation.
11. AR BODYWORKS PTY LTD reserves the right to:
- Refuse service where reasonably necessary;
- Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time;
- Cancel or terminate the Sponsorship at its discretion in the event of misuse or breach of conditions.
Acceptance
By accepting the Sponsorship, the recipient agrees to all Terms & Conditions outlined above and in the provided binding contract.
AR BODYWORKS PARTS – $10 REDEEMABLE GIFT CARD
1. This gift card entitles the holder to $10 AUD off an eligible purchase from the AR BODYWORKS Online Store at www.arbodyworks.com.au.
2. A minimum spend of $100 AUD on eligible parts in a single transaction is required.
3. Valid exclusively for purchases made through the AR BODYWORKS website. In-store, telephone and social media purchases are excluded.
4. Valid from 15 December 2026 until 15 March 2027.
5. One gift card may be redeemed per transaction.
6. Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or resold.
7. Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotional offers unless authorised by AR BODYWORKS.
8. Shipping and delivery charges are excluded from the minimum spend calculation.
9. The gift card must be presented or its unique redemption code entered at checkout.
10. Any unused balance is not redeemable for cash.
AR Bodyworks Parts Purchasing Terms & Conditions
1. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind
We strongly recommend that you consider your purchase carefully. Subject to the consumer guarantees set out above, AR BODYWORKS is not required to provide a refund or cancellation if you simply change your mind. This includes (but is not limited to): change of mind, change of situation, change of build, sold the car, or the car being written off.
3. Made-to-Order / Special Order Products: Cancellation and Refunds
Many AR BODYWORKS products are made to order, special order, allocated incoming stock, or specially ordered to your specifications.
Made-To-Order / Special Order : Once you place an order and we have confirmed it with the manufacturer/supplier, cancellation are NOT permitted - stock is not available on hand and is required to be made.
4. Lead Times and Delays
Most made-to-order products have an estimated lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. Please note that international shipping and customs clearance (including the Australian Border Force’s & the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s quarantine rules) may occasionally cause delays beyond our direct control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
5. Refunds for Faulty Products
If a product has a major defect, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement. If the defect is not major, we may choose to repair or replace the product.
We will not charge any "restocking fee", "inspection fee" or similar fees for returns due to faults. If a product is faulty, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval. Refund requests are handled through AR BODYWORKS' after-sales support team, but we will always comply with our obligations under the ACL.
7. Special Order / Made-to-Order Parts – Returns
Many AR BODYWORKS products are specially ordered or made to order to your specifications. We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully.
Change of Mind: Subject to the consumer guarantees set out above, AR BODYWORKS is not required to accept a return or provide a refund for special order or made-to-order parts if you simply change your mind. The Australian Consumer Law does not require us to provide a remedy in these circumstances.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law: This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a special order or made-to-order part has a major failure, is significantly different from the description, or is not delivered within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund or replacement), and we will not refuse your request on the basis that the item was made to order.
